Terms & Conditions

1. The Chupi Mother’s Day 2025 Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offers) are available on selected pieces across the Chupi Collections and subject to availability.
2. The Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offer is variable and may be subject to change depending on demand, sale location, delivery requirement, and or product availability.
3. The Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offer is available from 9am GMT on Monday March 3rd 2025 to 12 midnight GMT on Sunday March 30th 2025 inclusive.
4. All Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offers are applicable to orders placed between March 3rd and March 30th 2025.
5. All Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offers are only applicable to orders paid in full.
6. Orders placed during the Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Period whose payment has been facilitated by Humm or Klarna shall be deemed paid in full and eligible.
7. Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offers are non-refundable offers applied at the time of purchase and are deemed to have no transferable cash value.
8. All Chupi Mother’s Day complimentary coins have no expiry date and will be valid for use from April 2nd 2025.
9. Chupi Gift Coins cannot be purchased as part of the Chupi Mother’s Day Offers.
10. Previously purchased Chupi Gift Coins can be used during Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Period.
11. Previously issued promotional discount coins and or vouchers cannot be used during Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Period in line with previously issued terms and conditions.
12. Chupi Mother’s Day Promotional Offers cannot be applied to orders retrospectively.
13. The Chupi Mother’s Day Complimentary Coin can only be used on a single purchase on selected collections and can only be used on purchases above to the value of €499.00/£499.00 or local currency equivalent and above.
14. The Chupi Mother’s Day Complimentary Coin cannot be used to purchase:
    • Solid gold wedding bands
    • Chupi Initial disc necklaces
    • Lucky Star necklaces
    • Individual Chupi Initial discs
    • Lucky Star pendants
    • Pieces from the Chupi Sterling Silver collections
15. The Chupi Mother’s Day Complimentary Coin will ship or be delivered with purchased pieces and cannot be shipped separately.
16. In the event that we are unable to supply your chosen piece for any reason, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full.
17. Returns & Exchanges on orders during Chupi promotional period will be honoured within 30 days of delivery date and any associated discount or voucher or other incentive will be deemed void from date of refund.
18. Returned orders will be refunded less the value of any discount or voucher redeemed against any subsequent orders placed.
19. We cannot accept returns on earrings, or personalised and bespoke metal pieces that have been made to order, with the exception of perfect-fit ring sizing.
20. Changes made to orders after purchase may be subject to extended delivery to be confirmed at the time this change is requested.
