Finding the perfect fit
Knowing the exact ring size of your loved one can be challenging, but luckily we have a few tips and tricks that can help.
If the proposal is a surprise and you’re unsure of their ring size, we recommend ordering your engagement ring in the largest size we have available.
Don’t worry if it’s not the perfect fit, as we offer complimentary ring resizing.
We can occasionally assist in estimating the ring size through other means, so do reach out to our team who would be happy to help, or you could consider these tactics:
- ‘Borrow’ a ring that your loved one wears on their ring finger or a similar-sized finger and bring it to our store to be sized.
- Trace the inside of a ring they wear on a similar-sized finger and bring it to our store or send it to us to be sized.
- Ask one of their closest friends. Friends might have this insight, and if they don't they can be the one to ask.
- Use the Chupi Digital Ring Sizer to size an existing ring.

The Chupi Virtual Try-On Tool Virtual Try-On Tool is a fun, mobile-only web app that allows you to take a photo of your hand and add pieces from our collection to visualise how they will look styled together or with your own precious pieces.
How it works:
- Look for the “Virtual Try-On” hand icon when exploring our collection on chupi.com.
- If browsing on your mobile phone, you’ll be prompted to take a photo of your hand. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions to begin your virtual try-on experience.
- If browsing on a desktop computer or laptop, you’ll see a QR code pop up, which you can scan using your phone’s camera. This will take you directly to the product you were browsing and allow you to begin your virtual try-on experience
